I've recently been enjoying a new malt, Dun Bheagan Limited Edition 2000 (year). It was a birthday gift (God bless you, Jim!). A very smooth malt, nice and medicin-y, like a softer Laphroaig.

Brewed black tea
Juiced limes w/ skins
Demerara sugar
Fresh grated nutmeg
All chilled with a large lump of ice.

I saw it on TV and drooled... will do this again!

Does tonic water go bad if if it sits around too long? I bought the mixings at some likka sto' on the road that mostly just sold cigs & brew.
