Good flavor with quite a bit of power. Paired with a full bodied cigar it excells.

I'll check that one out, but I have to say I really prefer scotches to Irish.

You haven't tried this one. This and Redbreast are two of their really best. Scotch producers beware.
Oh and my pairing last night was a Saint Luis Rey with a Redbreast 12 year old.
