it's probably just the picture but do you have any naturally darker skinned Irish relations with actual black hair, rather than very dark brown? It's an eye colour / heritage thing.

I have some Irish heritage, although I'm mostly English. I'm not aware of any darker skinned Irish in my heritage, although it is possible.
