No picture- but a 1950s cravate, Harris tweed sports jacket, some simple but good quality English brogues which I can't date, beige linen trousers, Dents driving gloves, blue pullover, red scarf and a Brylcreem'd side parting.

I had a lovely Indian summer fall day in Paris today.

Even though it was early October it was warm and summy so I put on my new RLPL Palm Beach clone DB belted back jacket and went out for an Golden Era afternoon on the town.

(don't mind the bad bathroom photo...)

I watched an noontime showing of "Trouble in Paradise" at Le Champo

lunch at the classic Brasserie Balzar:

Then some shopping at some vintage stores and bookstores. No vintage bought, but I did find this naughty art book on stockings

I have this problem too, it seems that if anyone posts Facebook photos here I can't see them. I think it might be because I have adblock & Do not track software installed & they stop the pictures from appearing.

Sorry about that, I did not know people could not see my photos. I normally use picturetrail to host the photos and generally its worked for me in the past. I'll check into it.

Thanks. And no, it's not a real fair isle. Just a cheap substitute for one. I bought an S for the vintage fit in the winter sale last year.

Yes they are thick cotton and are cut very wide. Search ebay UK for swedish work trousers. I wear them very often and they work well with all sorts of greens an browns and beiges.
