I love Ok Go too--I go through phases where I just put their first album on constant repeat. Don't Ask Me is fab, 1000 Miles an Hour, Get Over It--the whole thing really. I'm going to try to use their "Ok Go for the treadmill" mix to get myself exercising more in the New Year.

Next up on "Secret Metal lives of the Fedora Lounge": I bought my wife AC / DC "Plug Me In" on DVD for the holiday and we watched a bit of that tonight with our 6 month old daughter. I got her an AC / DC onesie to wear when Dad's in more of a metal mood...tomorrow on the drive to work I switch gears and it's Paul Desmond "Take Ten" for balanced audio nutrition.

I've been to Loch Lomond! But I haven't heard of the band. I must go check it out...

I've been moody lately, so my iPod is filled with hyper-emotional non-vintagey stuff, like Jeff Buckley, Nick Cave, Aaron, Guillemots, Murder by Death, Abd Al Malik, and Beck (Sea Change).
