You can use one of those Rubbermade containers with clasps on the sides. Some of them have O-rings. I've read that people modify them and pretty much, more than less, make them an airtight container. Also, Tupperware used to sell these giant plastic bowls that could fit a pair of shoes, and maybe one boot at a time, in them. I'm sure you can search and find some elaborate, to relatively simple, Do It Yourself ozone chambers. That's if you do this often. Ozone generators piping into old, small aquariums with the tops made sealable...all kinds of ways to do it.

Many ways to skin this cat. Suggestion for using a suitable cardboard box, with bottom seams taped was made to prevent ozone leaking outside the unsealed box. If Ozone goes over the top, so long as the boots/jacket is fully "immersed", no harm.
