Thigh highs in bulk?

Just curious--does anyone know of a site that sells thigh highs (that require a garter belt) in bulk?

National Hosiery used to be a good source, although I haven't bought from them in many years. I used to get their catalog in the mail back in the '90s, and they sold many different styles stockings in six-pair lots. I had the impression they were factory seconds from Hanes or one of the other name brands, but possibly not.
