The H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society have released a 3 minute 16 second trailer for their upcoming film, The Whisperer in Darkness.

I'm not familiar with this sort of thing...how would I go about viewing this...is it an "actual movie" that will play in the theatres or a specialty item that you will view on the internet or what? Any idea of the current release date?

I hear they're about wrapped up and have sent a few rough screener versions to different festivals. As far as the release I have heard two things: 1: it'll be available on DVD next month. And 2.) they're hoping to get a wide release in theaters which, if it happens, it will happen 2011.
