Vintage stetson Vita felt Homburg conversion 7 3/8. Hat came in poor shape, dirty, sweat loose, and was too short in crown. Complete rebuild includes new ribbons, naphtha bath , and adding 1/4 in crown ht. Brim is going to end up at 2 3/8. Also made a Silk liner for it as it came without one.

Vita Felt Restoration/Conversion Fini!
Ended up with a grey /blue tone ribbon that I saved off a Borsalino , with matching wind cord.

Here's another hburg from the last of the hats I recently picked up.
This one has a great fade going on so I worked with it by accenting the colors with a deep blue crown ribbon and decided to go with a raw edge . Removed sweat and ribbons and gave it a naphtha bath x2 to even out the color.

Thanks guys! Have t shaped the brim as much but I like to do that over time.
Still this one has a real nice lived in feel to it, light weight not stiff, but pliable.
David color is grey/blue w/ 1 1/2 navy ribbon.
