I'm not going to give up - I've got another idea up my sleeve for matching intricate patterns like this and will try once more - three's a magic number! But I've got another 8-dart in the works first, maybe my best yet, but don't want to jinx it.

Just arrived today. Front strap gives you up to a size 7 1/2 and the visor is almost 3" long. Seller said it is NOS.
