Suit in a lovely fabric - low BIN price

The vendor says it's 1940s - I don't know, the trousers don't appear (to my relatively inexpert eye) quite right. I thought it might be fifties.

What I do know is that I love the fabric. And £25 is a good price for any suit.

Strange size. A short legged, rotund man with a small upper chest frame.

A pear shaped fellow then. The jacket would only be slightly large on me while the pants would be terribly large.
