I think it's just a nonsense phrase that fits the rhythm of the song, not unlike "Cement Mixer Putty Putty" or "Shoot The Sherbert To Me Herbert." Certainly nobody could find double entendres there!

Oh lordy! I actually saw the film that this clip came from on TCM...I cannot believe I actually sat through it up until that part....worst classic movie ever!!! I remember trying to suffer through it, and then that scene came on, and my b/f walked in the room and was like, "What in the world are you watching???" And usually he makes "smart" comments about all my old films, but honestly...this time I couldn't even defend it...LOL
