I thought late 1920s as that looks like a very early envelope design for Simplicity. Children's clothes from then are so lovely.

Popped my vintage pattern cherry!

So excited, I have finally bought my very first vintage pattern! I have a dress from Trashy Diva that is almost exactly the same as the short sleeve version, now I won't have to pay $140 to have another dress like it! I am somewhat terrified of the perforations and 40s style instructions, but I am sure I will figure it out eventually.
