I just heard the farm I grew up in, down the road from the tobacco farm is going up for sale. He's only asking 275,000.....

It was a fixer-upper, don't get me wrong, but it woulda been a good rental property. I know besides hiring someone to do the roof, I could have the rest done in 2-3 weeks, and have a tenant in there for around 800 bucks a month.
