Here's a side view of my vintage home (built 1907) as seen through the windshield of my '48 Plymouth as we were coming in from a nice, leisurely drive around the lake this afternoon.

It looks so lovely, Big Man.
I like the gradient in the sizing, and white paint brings it out. :thumb:

Not vintage, but seems to fit the mid century design of the home.

We actually ordered this living room furniture back in April just after we bought this house, but it finally showed up today.
Vintage would've been preferable, but choices are often limited, and my kids have already jacked up one vintage sofa.

I would say that the furniture was worth the wait; I like it. The lamps are pretty nice as well. Good taste all around.

I guess I should clarify, only the seating set was bought new, everything else is vintage stuff that we have squirreled away over the years. Now that the kids have a room to play in besides the living room it can all have a place to live besides the garage. Kids can **** up some furniture.
