Not sure if I've posted these yet, but I quite like them. The red and black one reminds me of Dennis the Menace or Roger the Dodger from the Beano comics!

Nice ones HBK and Eddie. The Arrow weave is really amazing.

I found these three recently at the thrifts.


Maxon's polka-dot, all silk, 51" x 2-1/2". I like that the dots are somewhat randomly placed.

Damon (for the Oxford Shop), paisley-ish, all silk foulard, 53" x 2-1/2".

Beau Brummell, green plaid, linen(?), union made, 51" x 3-3/4". Rubenstein's was another long-time department store here in Springfield, MO that has been gone for decades.

I am intrigued by that last one. Are those music notes, piano keys, and lightning bolts? That's pure Jerry Lee Lewis stuff!

The piano keys one is '80s. I have another two from the same maker, one with bowling pins, the other with electric guitars. New Wave retro.

A pre-1979 (no copyright symbol) Hermes from the 85-cent tie store. 56" x 3-1/4".
