Probably 1960's.
I changed the original dark broad hat band against a brighter and thinner hat band.

Listed as a "vintage style fedora", this cheap...er, I mean inexpensive...cotton trilby/pork pie isn't much more than a short fez with a Teardrop crease and a rain gutter:

Good grief, look at that forehead. I could sell advertising on that space.

Anyway, inaccurately listed as "black" I knew it was actually going to be "stonewashed gray" but I was hoping it would be a little darker. Oh well. It's a little loose but comfortable, and wearing it annoys all of the right people.

My first Stingy Brim I got on ebay. Cleaned , steamed, and re-bashed.

Not sure if the stingy brim looks good on me. Definitely don't wear them as well as Steinbockhase.....
