Footjoy made a lot of golf shoes (both solid-colored and spectators) with that exact look, except that they also had removable kilties covering the lacing.

Bravo chaps, I particularly like the black 'footjoys' the grained part would surely hide much of the creasing, oh for such an item in a boot!
Here's my old black brogues ...no idea who made them but had them for at least 20 years ...all leather inc soles and very comfy to boot.
