Roof rack

Need some help here. Just picked this roof/luggage rack up for my OT car. I am trying to figure out when it was made. I am thinking either late 30’s or 40’s. Maybe as late as the early 50’s? Just looking for ideas and maybe a maker.

No idea on dating or maker. I saw on FaceBook Market Place few days ago roof rack just like yours advertised for $100 in Lake Stevens WA. Thought it was a fair price.

That is the one I got and I just found it. It is a little out of our time frame being listed in the 1960 sears catalog. So I guess that answers that question.
