Taking a chance to sell my own jacket here, hopefully won’t get me kicked out. As some may have seen this on my Instagram post, this is a 3oz steerhide halfbelt in the style of those 50s design with a framed piping around the pockets. The armhole and upper torso was a copy of a dissembled original horsehide halfbelt. The lining is an European Bemberg rayon quilt, the rayon has the iridescent two tone effect, reminiscent of certain lining fabric on vintage jackets. I’ll be honest that it’s not as nice as what Aero uses but it’s pretty good on its own.
it has the short torso/cropped proportion, I am 6’1” and when wearing mid-high waist pants, the jacket looks of the correct proportion, but I have long torso please note. It fits someone shorter than 6’ with a 42 chest.
