My Hornskov Solace Panama arrived yesterday in time for the rest of the summer.

Pretty pleased with it. It's a nice upgrade and a fine addition to the other Panamas/straws in the collection.

Full time Resistol Big cowboy 20X Conley is here. Sz7 well at least this one is perfect!!!! Wiped the leather sweatband & conditioned.
Hat is like new & not cheap but was 30% of the new retail cost.

I'm happy, wow & looks pretty good for a big 4 1/2 in brim hat. Least it will keep the sun away. Today I had a old wide brim ladies straw on & got slight sun burn on my face in 95 degrees watering the garden. I put on some Aloe Vera & my skin just soaked up the red. Phew, that's the Italian blood in me.

Your wife is a smart woman & saves money so you can buy a nice hat. $2 is really quite a steal. Goodwill charges $6 for shirts unless they are there a month & then they are half price. Shirts are plentiful but the chances of finding a Panama Bespoke handmade hat in your size at the thrift is like winning the lottery.
