Yesterday I watched "The Misfits" on TCM. This was the last movie of Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe. Gable was still sporting his pencil mustache, it sure looked great on him. Here was a man who had aged with dignity and class. He died a few weeks after completing filming. It's clear that we will never see stars of this stature again. Marilyn of course was heartbreakingly beautiful.
