I wanted to do a quick post on this Oren Schott signed Perfecto variant before moving on from it. From what I could find, this model has only shown up on here a couple of times and (I think) each was in the classifieds so there wasn’t much discussion or extra info. With the Schott Forums closed, I thought this post might serve as a point of reference for someone down the road.
The jacket that I got was number 62 of 200. At first glance it appears to be based on a 118 due to the naked leather and snap for the buckle. Sizing, measurements and fit-wise (44 in my case) it was more like a 618. There was no model tag in the pocket on this one or any of the other examples found here in the forums. Either way, the Oren model veered off from both the 118 and 618 with the addition of (riveted on) Stars on the epaulets and the use of some interesting Riri style (I think) zippers on the three pockets and sleeves (these were YKK branded).
Anyway, kind of an interesting take on the Perfecto from a company that does a lot of variations on this particular theme. Not groundbreaking by any means but kind of cool.
