Sounds a lot like my automotive adventures through the years. [emoji106][emoji6]

Rob, if I’m not mistaken, that looks similar to a ‘50s Willys
jeep which I purchased when the bug hit me about wanting
a Woody station wagon. But the woodies were very expensive.
I paid $50 for that Willys.
Although the body was in good condition,it was missing the gas
tank and title.
A makeshift tank comprising of a bucket and a hose
made it possible to drive it home somehow.
Hahaha ...
My first car was a '51 Willys Wagon. My gas tank was OK, but it lost it brakes on the test drive (I didn't die and it gave me a good bargaining position) and burned about three quarts of oil a week. The floor boards were so rusted that I could see the driveshaft. I had to make sure my shoes were tied very well before driving.![]()
My sentiment entirely, some of you will have seen this before. Here's a similar situation whereby the building was rescued and turned into a private dwelling. Who wouldn't want to live there?

John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. Been down with the flu for the last week... slowly getting back to normal... which gets harder every year, at my age. [emoji40]

I'm one of those folks who 'never get sick', under normal circumstances.
However, the wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary Saturday before last by taking a train ride, and I apparently picked up something from someone while riding the rails.
