Kimber Ludiker, award-winning fiddle player and a member of Della Mae, an acoustic/bluegrass group, often sports fedora-type hats:






She is very animated while playing; her winks and grins while she's playing her somewhat-unusual 5-string fiddle seem to be spontaneous. I really enjoy watching her play because she always seems to be having fun:



Here she is with the rest of the current Della Mae lineup. If you like acoustic/bluegrass/"old-timey" music, they are worth looking up on Youtube or something similar:




Here is one of my favorites songs that they perform, called "Hounds", with Kimber on the fiddle and Courtney Hartman picking the banjo. Celia Woodsmith, the lead singer, writes most of their songs. She has an interesting way with words and I enjoy her lyrics on many songs as much as I do the music:

He was from Florida but he played Cowboys in Dallas dam near every weekend. Another sad case of alcohol and meth. They said when his wife died he drank himself to death.
