Motorcycle gauntlet repair?

Does anyone know how this could be fixed? The tag is secure in the seam at one end, but loose and frayed at the other end. It is a nice pair of gauntlets (made in Canada) and the fit for me is pretty good.

Open the seam. Replicate the label. Close the seam . someone would need an embroidery machine to custom produce the label.
