Autumn and WP season come earlier for us than for you, @Peacoat. Not early enough for me, but within reach.Rest easy Chap; Autumn is still a ways off. And even farther off for the WP season.

Always liked the Brigadier and UNIT in Dr. Who.View attachment 637501
Another nice WP image to set the tone for autumn: The Brigadier (Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart, played by Nicholas Courtney) in the original ‘Dr Who’ series.
Hi JohnAlways liked the Brigadier and UNIT in Dr. Who.
I wore one of my MoD surplus WPs today to do yard work here in Pennsylvania. So, I'm happy.
I checked the Met Office website and it looks like the WPs are good to go in the UK.

So Ron, what color WP are you gonna wear when you roll down the windows of that 911 and do some curves? You know you’ll have the windows down!!This morning when I am out and about the temps will be in the low to mid 40s and cloudy, so it will definitely be WP weather. I will wear my WP under a light windbreaker, and be more than warm.
This is the first WP day of fall (autumn) for us.
Probably the navy WP.So Ron, what color WP are you gonna wear when you roll down the windows of that 911 and do some curves? You know you’ll have the windows down!!

Ps: have a safe and happy holiday
This! OK makes excellent WPs and their roll necks are outstanding. Incredibly affordable too!I can vouch for https://outdoorknitwear.com/en/.
Their submariner is the business. Previously I had a 'modern' submariner, made from Merino. It was nice but the neck stretched and the look was not very authentic.
In comparison the Outdoor Knitwear one is easily washable, authentic shape, slightly itchy at first (but that fades).
And if you want something warmer, there is the Beerenberg Oiled Wool Pullover...heavier and toasty warm for cold winters.
I am happy to say that we are very much into WP season this side of the Pond. I have worn a WP every day this week. This morning when I am out and about the temps will be in the low to mid 40s and cloudy, so it will definitely be WP weather. I will wear my WP under a light windbreaker, and be more than warm.

Congratulations my friend! We both love our Woolly Pullies.I wore a green woolly pully today at work. I haven't worn one yet this season and needed to break that trend.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. I have one in that colour but haven’t dug it out this season - I must do so. My go-to WP has been Navy lately. The last few days I have worn my heather wolly pully.
I love the cold weather and Woolly Pullies are the icing on the cake.I wore my navy woolly pully today. That's the good part a lit it getting cold.
