Just tooting my own - I will be appearing on "ON THE RECORD WITH GRETA VAN SUSTERN" tonight at 10 pm EST on FOX NEWS. I will be talking about the Pizza Bomber case here in Erie. I was the only reporter that who saw Brian Wells explode on Peach Street after robbing a bank back in 2003. Today, the government handed down indictments in the case and it appears it has been solved.


I was on by phone last night on Sustern's show - tonight it will be both picture and sound.

That was one camera of ours that was at the scene. The straight-on shot you have seen was where I was reporting from when the bomb went off. The video of Wells exploding from that angle has never been leaked.

You wouldnt see me in the background because I was with the camera that was shooting the footage. News shooters concentrate on getting the action not the reporter - unless you work for Geraldo.

Oh gotcha... I thought you were the in front reporter not the behind reporter. They showed the boom, but blurred... that was intense enough... I can only imagine how you were able to see it.

Pun unintended?

Obviously it's a horrible thing to happen to anyone, but evidence seems to point to the fact that he was a willing participant in the crime.

Moral: Don't put a bomb collar on yourself even if you don't plan to set it off.
