Leather Jacket Identification

Hey this may not be the best place for this post, so if there's a better thread to post on let me know and I will! I'm super new to this platform.

What type of leather jacket is this if anyone can tell? It doesn't have tags and looks a lot like a 1950s Windward by Montgomery Ward motorcycle jacket, but there are no exact matches. Everything I can find either has a belt, a pocket in the wrong place, or zippers that don't match. What do y'all think?

Again, direct me to a better place to post this if there is one.

That was my thought but it looks closer to a 1950s Montomgery Ward horsehide biker with the belt removed. If it IS a Montgomery Ward, would $400 be a decent price to get this for? I'm not too knowledgeble on the prices. I've seen some in worse condition selling for more, but I'm not sure how much this could sell for at all considering the missing belt.

Belt was cut off. You can see remnants. Jacket is worn, damaged and filthy (see lining). I wouldn't pay a dime for this. It is not collectable and barely wearable. Maybe some vintage fanatic jumps at it for 200 bucks, but even that would surprise me..
