The top one is poor AE design looking copy of one of the cool 30s shoes on on of Marc's or one of the other posts. Just posted it to show how the makers are grappling for designs these days....

really odd. some reasonable ideas, but the vamp (probably not using vamp correctly here, but i don't know what else to call it) - the space above the toe and leading to the laces - needs to be more shaped and edited. these just look kind of... puffy.
