They both look to be internet operations where your measurements are entered at a website, emails are exchanged and a shirt ends up on your doorstep. There are loads of this ilk operating these days. Best to visit a shirtmaker in person.

Whoops, I just noticed that J Simon is a bricks and mortar US firm with a telephone contact number. That alone allows it to trump the other internet outfits which operate out of an apartment and contract out to a manufacturer who then dropship the order to their customers.
