Is my Schott 607H Horsehide Jacket Real??

I got this Schott 607H Horsehide jacket and I would like to know if it is real or not before I sell it, thanks. New with tags size 40.

I'm definitely not an expert, but I don't see any reason to suspect that it's not authentic.

Yep. It's real.

That's a lot of details for someone to fake. And as a few of us have been talking about lately, Schotts lose a lot of value, especially on the basic models. So no sense to spend time faking those. Not enough return on investment.

I have this jacket and @HoosierDaddy also. It’s an authentic, made in the 90’s. And a pretty good one, the horsehide is very nice on this model.

Has anyone ever come across a fake Schott? Some of the euro only stuff is pretty horrible, but barring that are Schotts something that you all have seen bootlegged?

Don't understand your threads asking if something is real. Why would you think it was fraudulent?

Great question, I got them for very cheap at a flea market. I thought they were very cool but didn’t know much about them. I know they are expensive so I did not know if there are fakes out there or not. It seemed like one of those too good to be true deals so I needed to confirm it’s authenticity with people who know more then me. Also, I don’t know how normal jackets like this are suposed to look and feel, it just caught my eye so I bought it.
That jacket looks awesome on you tho!

Always fair to ask an honest question. You got your self quite a deal on that one, too bad you have to move it along, but if it does not fit, well, so be it. It's a "40" tag size and being NOS - conditon made in the '90's it should be no issue to sell. Use the classified here if you like.
