Impossible to contact Aero Leather Clothing with the new website

Hello everyone!!

I have been trying to contact Aero Leather Clothing for over a week and it is completely impossible to contact them. I sent an e-mail to:

[email protected]

and:

[email protected]

After 2 days I received an email from ‘[email protected]’ saying:

" Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Your message wasn’t delivered because the recipient’s email provider rejected it."

I tried it with another email address I have and the same thing happened.

I’m also not receiving any response when contacting via website:


I think some Aero Managers are members here. Could someone help me?

you should use .com instead of .co.uk
The Aero website should, too. I know they are aware of the problem, because I brought it to their attention in another thread. Hopefully they will have this fixed shortly, but it really shouldn't take long to make a correction like this. It's definitely going to harm their business in the short term to be publishing an incorrect email address that makes them unreachable.

The issue has been raised and should be fixed today ( yes i agree it should have been a quick fix, can't explain why it has taken them so long).

There have been a few initial glitches to be fixed.

Thanks, I sent Aero Leather an email 3 hours ago (this time I used .com) I hope you can receive it now.

My main problem is that I want to buy an item for a birthday and I hope I am not late. I have some doubts about it that I want to solve before ordering it. That's why one of the things I ask is if I could visit Aero Leather Clothing from Monday to Friday or I have to make an appointment for it.

I thought for EU shipping it would be £22 with medium weight items:

I didn't mean to be rude or anything sorry if it came out that way.

When going live with a new site you're bound to run into a few glitches and it will take a moment to iron things out.
It's only normal.

What I meant to say is that by the time this problem is taken in charge I don't expect it to be a headscratcher.
Find where emails need to be fixed, quick, and fix them, easy.
Users / devs / managers sometimes have a different opinion on the priority of a particular issue.
Maybe it's stuck behind something considered more important or it's already taken care of but rolling out the update means downtime and needs to be scheduled and so on...

I wasn't pointing fingers or demanding Aero to hurry up to fix this.

Anyway it's just my opinion, my apologies if it's inappropriate.

The .com issues has now been sorted. Thank you for everyones patience.
The launcing of the new site has had a few teething issues that we think we have pretty much all sorted here. ( it didn't help that this weekend was a local holiday so our developers were closed.)
You will have noticed that we haven't yet made any officlal announcmet regarding the new site as we wanted to iron out any unforseen issues ( and one's we should have seen !!) "Official " launch will be this week.

The birthday is coming up and if you have what I am looking for, I should place the order this coming week. I want to have a margin of time in case there is any delay with the shipping which I guess will be about 7 days to my country.
