I've had a custom jacket on order from Vanson for almost four months and am rapidly becoming disappointed in their customer service. There's a 100% chance they haven't started on it and I may yank that one back.

I've got a ton of jackets and sourcing another is supposed to be something to look forward to. Not so this go-round.

After being stuck somewhere in Sweden for over a week they finally was able to deliver this Rainbow Country I bought via Ebay.

Did a quick test while home for lunch and it seems to fit me like a glove, but I'll have to spend some time with it to be sure . Leather is amazing and the workmanship looks great from a quick look to!

I'm Still far from the raw cool of Mr @Cskarev , but I'm one step closer at least hehe

Thanks, not sure. It’s probably from the late 30s or 40s. Here’s the tag. I found this manufacturer name on a couple ww2 army jackets interestingly

Already thinking about my next jacket, between Aeromarine and the Royale, in Vicenza Dark Seal. Leaning towards the Aeormarine cause of the buttons. Anyone here own them and have any photies of either jacket?

I just put in an order for a custom vanson model B. Double slanted chest pockets, buco collar, no windflap in Thurstons black Olympia hide. Anyone have any experience with this leather? I’ve only seen one picture of it in a jacket.
