I don't think I have anything in a state that requires a new topcoat, but it's good to know such a product exists.

Think of it like varnish. Good when you need it, but if you don’t there are options.

Urad is for for restoring topcoat. It is not a conditioner in the traditional sense. It's not the best to hydrate leather. it is the best to restore lost topcoat and seal unprotected or bare areas. These pictures best display exactly what it does.

I just took a gamble on this Penny's Big Mac wool jacket, for $50 shipped maybe it'll have some decent wool or at least thickness but it should still be worth it even if the wool is mediocre.

The pictures aren't great, but they were good enough to see the 70's era Talon zipper.

The pocket layout and cuff button setup interested me.

It's hard to tell, but it doesn't look like the wool has a ton of pilling, probably a typical 85/15 blend but it doesn't say.

Update on the Laskinlamb I bought, it was shipped to the wrong continent and the Etsy seller closed their account.

It was either a **** or someone at the customs office in New York is now well prepared for a cold winter lol.

It may still show up....I shipped a jacket to Ireland once and it got there after a pit stop in Australia. Jacket literally went 3/4 around the globe!

Wow, this thread was buried! I've got 3 jackets coming this week, a vest arrived yesterday. Tonight though..I bought something I'm not sure enough about to show, I got to get it in hand to be sure, then I will need some help form learned folks here. This is a jacket style I have owned before; loved and sold. A major maker jacket that doesn't show up often in Horsehide. The seller sent me an offer I could not refuse.

This Los Angeles Sportswear Vest just arrived.

It seems that my Field Leathers modified Route 66 is in the making.

Dehen 1920 N1 that I ordered and waited for was shipped and has been returned. The new model that they had available is 13oz sateen. The older version is 10.5 oz waxed. The waxed felt much more substantial. I found the relative lightness of the sateen made the jacket quite shapeless.
