Vintage wool Levi’s western that I picked up yesterday vs. LVC repro in cotton that I’ve had for years. I have to say, the LVC is a pretty darn good copy. Excited to find an old one in my size, though!

I love Rockabilly western wear like this but usually just don’t have the kahones to wear em.
Same here but I'd wear that shirt. I probably have close to 30 pearl snap shirts and nearly all are solid but for a couple of wool plaids and a stripe or two. The only embroidered shirt I have is blk/blk.

This 1957 advertisement for Pioneer Wear caught my attention because of Shultz. Born too late to have known the days of the Miller Bros 101 Ranch Wild West Roundup & Road Show, he did grow up to be a successful rodeo competitor in his own right. He was a collector of rodeo & Wild West show ephemera, & long time board member of the 101 historical society. He lived his entire life, living into his 80’s in Ponca City just a few miles from the 101 ruins.
