Help to Identify this Military Sweater

This sweater has the weirdest tag I've ever seen. The only tag, on the collar, says:
S M A L L
SALES TAX 610-1951

It's got really nice detailing and appears to be unworn. Vintage? Repro?

A five button OD army sweater. You see them referred to places as Jeep sweaters. Versions have been made for the army since WWII. They were also popular on the civilian market, often with fake lookalike military-style tags. I see ones from the '80s at the local thrift shops here all the time.
