The best Cajun restaurant around here is named Jazz. Last yr they had a 3 hr wait on Mardi Gras. I really like to eat there but I'll wait another wk or so before going there again.

I used to attend some Cajun music festivals. Food was a big part of the event, and man was it good! I bet much better can be had in your neck of the woods!

Two old reliables, silver belly camp draft and Elysian Space Dust draft. At Oggis tonight having a Baja 500, which is blackened chicken ****** with chipotle mayo, jalapenos, avocado, red onion and lettuce, on a bun. Feeling good tonight!

Just cracked the first of a couple growlers of The Bennie while warming up some smoked BBQ brisket & some smoked pork sausage for some wraps, while waiting for the start of the Daytona 500.
