Craft beer week still. Tonight I am having popcorn, seasoned with pepper & parmesan cheese and a Twightlight Summer Ale 2015 (Deschutes Beer - Oregon). I have many beers that I am "aging." Many beers that I have aged the taste has improved. My wife is still puzzled why we have an entire wine refrigerator full of "aging beers." This beer, the taste is great, but not improved with age. Still great.

We love that beer too! It's very good. They have this cheese farm there that has some insanely good cheese.
I just eat them all at once when I can get my hands on it, it is that good...

Ha! Yes! Blasphemy.
I think it's the only Dutch one though. And only when we can get our hands on it.
We like going on holiday there, great island !
They sell the cheese in some Albert Heijn's but I order them online.
