Here HERE. He is one hot potato. A friend of a friend just filmed a movie with him and they got to MAKE OUT and stuff! Wheeee!!!

This pic reminded me of the common phenomena, and less common discussion (see page 71) of female vs male skin ideals

I know that we have very different tastes in men (I'm speaking of women in general), and I'm grateful for that (= less competition), but I'm baffled by the fact that skin like that (tan, sweaty, wrinkled, leathery, large pores) is seen as ***y on a man, yet ugly on a woman.

I love Robert Pattinson - but that hair It just takes the messy look a tad too far methinks.

As my haircutter says, in the 70s, that sort of look was referred to in the industry as "mousse abuse." And I'm told they spend HOURS mussing up their hair like that so it looks like they just rolled out of bed and "Look how cool I am - my hair's a mess and I don't care!"

Call me old-fashioned but I just cannot fathom why one would spend so long trying to look a mess. Don't get me wrong, bed hair can be ***y....if you have indeed just rolled out of bed
Surely all that time would be better spent working for tidy hair (preferably with a side parting - yummy!)

Brandon De Wilde played the cute kid brother in both Hud and All Fall Down, and though I expected to swoon over older brothers Paul Newman and Warren Beatty, I wasn't expecting this:

He was 20 in All Fall Down (1962), but so boyish he could play a sixteen-year-old. Like Echo (Eva Marie Saint) says: I could eat him up! He's a peach.
