Gravati and RL Spectators

Any opinions on these spectators ?

one with white tops



the other clotted cream upper?

Neither is bad looking, but neither is the look I'd go for if I were getting spectators, personally. The RLs look too avant-garde, and the Gravatis need more brown around the tops, IMHO.

These Crockett & Jones Hamptons are my all-time favorite spectators:

The Gravatis are a bit too forward for my tastes and as for the RL's, I'm not into cap-toe specs.

One of my favorites would have to be EG's Malvern in chestnut/white.

I dunno. I think the brogueing in your example is finer than in the EG's. Price being equal, I think I would go for the Crockett and Jones.
I really wish they still made them in white buck for less than $350 but.....

I'm sure you could have but, that doesn't make it look anymore appealing.

I have a byass since I love Gravatti,:eusa_clap but they are absloutley the nicest shoes I have ever owned. Take great care of them, I didn't and I'm going to regret it for the rest of my life.( :eusa_doh:

You have to say after cruising thru all the available spectators that the Broadstreet tan combo still stands out there for price, design and construction - AD bring it back on! And I had a chance to buy some for USD200 and didn't. Woe is me!
