FS: Double Helix Hugging the Curve Black Horsehide Size 40

I am listing my Double Helix Hugging the Curve jacket. I bought this jacket brand new directly from DH last August. The leather was very stiff when I first received it but is starting to break in nicely, especially the sleeves. Some teacore is starting to peak through on the sleeves and sleeve cuffs.

Hi. Sorry for the delay. I am 5’8” 152 lbs. my chest size last time I measured was 39.5 inches. Mobility is better with a t shirt or light collared shirt. When I have an undershirt and thicker flannel shirt on under the mobility is a little restricted.

As another fit point, I wore this same jacket at 6’ 175 for a time period! I’m a solid 40 and think DH definitely runs true to size and caters to western body types. Moreso than other JP brands.

got it, and would you say this fits roomier on the chest or basically the same? Also do the arm holes feel lower or about the same?

I just got home and tried them both on. The chest room is pretty similar on them. The shoulders are a little snugger on the DH. Let me measure the armhole part on both. It is kind of hard for me to tell.

fits well with a tee or thinner sweater, more room than my old size 40 double helix. Not sure if this one is any different considering its a different model and different cut.

Can you take pics of the pit to pit and shoulder measurements?

Yeah that is a narrow shoulder width for sure

Yeah if your other size 40 DH didn’t have enough room I would guess this one wouldn’t either. Maybe a size 42 would work better.
