A very beautiful, interesting jacket. I don't know the maker. The triple marked Talon zipper is typically from 1938. It is goatskin.

I was hoping you'd chime in. Thanks for doing that. The epaulettes, cross-zip, and CR-style pockets make it very interesting indeed.
