Sent an offer to the seller wayyyyy below his asking price and I guess no one else bit and he accepted my offer by the end of the day.

very nice thurlow leather world CR with braided epaulets and a few other nice little details, including a removal liner.

No size tag but measurements put it somewhere around a modern 42/44

This jacket was made by Roughwear Clothing. They patented the inner collar in the mid 1930s. It is a simple corduroy collar on the inside neck opening. This jacket is from the 40s.

Well that went for a few pennies.

I just picked this 40’s-50’s CR in HH up from Jay at Headwind Mfg Co. He said they only made 10 and that they are going to be just focusing on their flight jackets moving forward. It’s a beautiful soft and supple HH. I love the brass repro Talons. Couldn’t pass it up for the price. He has one left in a size 40. It’s a bargain. I’m a 46 and this was a 48 but fits me perfectly.
