I found the measurement weird as well, 44cm chest with a roughly 44cm shoulder. Probably why that listing has been on jp mercari for a long time.

It’s just a very poor attempt at a true p2p measurement, the armpit edges are folded back and not visible under the tape.

I’ve seen some shops do this as well when asking for measurement pics.

There is no size listed, but it is a large size of about 42.
Shoulder width 46cm, body width 57cm, length 63cm, sleeve length 60cm

Keep in mind I expect the bidding to be high on this, and to not forget about any customs fee that you may need to pay.

Size 42 Vanson Avenger. Those zips in the front allow the flaps to fold into their lower "pocket", and exposes the leather mesh under those panels. Great versatile riding jacket for varying temps. Short in the front, port of their Sportrider collection. My favorite riding jacket and I have 8.
