The jacket is in great shape given its age. It fits about a size 40, I’m a 42 regular and can fit this jacket OK (5’10”, 180 lbs, athletic build) though it’s probably best for a slim 42 or 40 regular, I estimate.

Why do you say that? I'm glad it is too big for me or I would be talking to them. This is the first Taubers from this era in this style I have seen. I recently bought a Taubers that I had yet to see. Too small for me, but too cool to pass.

Silly money can less often mean little money, and that is what I assumed he meant. $300 for this Taubers is an excellent price.
