It is my opinion that this seller is out of their mind with the price and that it is an orphaned jacket and not work wear in anyway.

I would love to have that jacket but for that price i'll just have a whole reproduction suit made out of vintage fabric.

great jacket. perfect for grey spring days. there's a bit of cross over between work and lightweight jackets as they can be constructed in near identical ways, but i'd agree that this one is more of a lightweight jacket than a 'workwear' jacket.

 

[Two Types]

I noticed the cuff style. Is that a teens/early twenties thing? What date would you think?

i think this jacket is early 30s. that top stitching on the cuff is often done on unlined jackets from the 20s to 50s.

Both my Palm Beach (one early 30s, one late 30s) suits have that finish on the cuffs.
