No this isn't mould it is Blooming ( or spew) , it is simply the natural oils and waxes migrating to the surface , often happens when stored in cold conditions. Can easily be fixed with a dry horsehair brush and give the jacket a good brush making sure to get into the folds and seams. Another way is to run a hairdryer over the jacket , you will see the waxes start to melt and you can buff off with a dry cloth.

Seeing bloom / spew is a good thing is proves that the leather still have a good wax / oil content and doesn't need conditioning, the leather has more than enough so no need to introduce more ( in fact a bad idea to try and condition as it will become saturated.

DO NOT take to anyone to clean , it doesn't need it and they will likely make a mess of it.

Here she is, it is beautiful!

I brushed the entire jacket and conditioned the hard scratches and the back of the collar

I am happy and it fits quite well, don’t know to take those fit pics yet, but I will soon

I agree with post above concerning "Bloom/Spew". Best to always take the gentlest approach to potentially fragile items like leather jackets. Let's hope that your remediation methods are successful in the long term.

In some cases, having the jacket professionally cleaned by a business known for working with leather may be indicated--especially if it is seen to be dirty. If at all possible, follow Mfr's cleaning suggestions. I would NOT advise this commercial cleaning procedure for fragile, Original jackets, or jackets which have been painted. Hand cleaning with very gentle chems in such cases--if at all. Depends on value/condition.

A good many jackets, regardless of their condition, can be rendered entirely free from mold/mildew by using a small AC-powered Ozone generator inside an enclosed space. Using Interiors of cars is great, because the Ozone also kills mildew and tobacco smells inside the car's interior.

Ozone, in reasonable concentration, will definitely kill mildew/anything, but the user has to do their part. Turning the sleeves of the jacket inside-out and flipping the whole jacket over need to be done to expose all surfaces to Ozone. Ozone only kills what it touches. The entire surface of your jacket, inside and out, must be exposed to Ozone to kill mildew. Same thing for car interiors. Mold underneath impermeable car floor mats requires floor mats to be pulled up to allow Ozone magic.

Only cautions concerning Ozone are with babies and very small pets. Use common sense.
