In deference to our UK Monarch I present cocktail no 35, Queen Elizabeth. This is my indulgence as currently 39% of the views are from the UK and 50% from USA. I really recommend you try this as its one of the best I have made so far - admittedly you have to like aniseed and gin, but then who doesn't?

Having just returned from a trip down south for the 30 year school reunion which kicked off around this time last night, I was in need of a stiff one, so Cocktail No 41 is the New Yorker - and magnificent it was in addition to medically beneficial.
