I do now, at least my own way, which is like making vodka tea, I suppose, and without heat. I cribbed the original drink recipe from PF Chang of all places!

It's good though and I'll take inspiration where I find it.

Thank you Methuselah - now just need to get some comments on the actual blog itself. I shared it with some admin women at Liverpool University today, so I am expecting a torrent of comments from them over the next couple of weeks.

If anyone has any requests or types of Cocktail please let me know - there is no order to the selection, its all random based on what catches my eye and what ingredients I have to hand or am inspired to buy to test.
